Raise urgent electrical faults by phone rather than waiting for a form response. For fire or immediate danger, move to safety and call 000 first. An attendance ETA is confirmed on the call, not guaranteed by submitting an enquiry.

AB Electrical rectifies faults caused by its installation or repair workmanship at no extra charge. Contact us to explain the problem so it can be assessed. This promise does not mean that equipment will never develop a separate fault.

Nothing in these terms or our workmanship promise excludes, restricts or replaces rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Product warranties and our workmanship promise are additional to applicable statutory rights.
