Where the selected system supports it, we configure and demonstrate remote viewing as part of the agreed installation. It depends on compatible equipment, the app and a working internet connection. Phone access is different from recording locally and is not a monitoring or response service.

That depends on storage, camera count, image settings and whether recording is continuous or event-based. Decide how far back you need to review footage before selecting the recorder and storage. There is no single retention period that applies to every system.

What moves the price most: Cable run distance and whether runs are external or through cavities; Power requirements and whether PoE or local power is used; Weather exposure and the need for proper waterproofing.
